  • Accredited Employer

    Suitable for most people will need to demonstrate they have the qualifications and work experience required for the role.

    You must have a job offer from an employer who has been accredited with Immigration New Zealand. The employer must also have completed a suitable Job Check. We can assist your employer if they have not completed either of these steps.

    Standard health and character requirements must also be met.

    Accredited Employer Work Visas are valid for up to three years (five years from 27 November 2023).

  • Specific Purpose

    The Specific Purpose Work Visa is an excellent choice for those coming to New Zealand for a specific reason. This visa category is suitable for: Key people being transferred to New Zealand from a multi-national organisation; short term secondments or projects; business people in New Zealand for longer than three months; research and development activities; entertainment and arts; sports coaching, refereeing and events and; specialised training.

    It's important to note that the Specific Purpose Work Visa is designed to address short-term needs and typically has a defined start and end date.

  • Working Holiday

    New Zealand's Working Holiday Visas allow visa holders to work and experience New Zealand. These visas enable young individuals from various countries to live and work in New Zealand for up to 12 months. Canadian citizens can apply for up to 23 months, and UK citizens 36 months.

    Visa eligibility and work conditions will depend on your country of citizenship. You cannot undertake permanent employment when in New Zealand.

    Visa length and conditions will depend on the supporting partner’s entitlement to be in New Zealand.
